The retail price for this mini-book on putting for kids is $7.99; however, when you order signed copies of books from my website, there is a flat fee of $3.00 for shipping up to 10 books. So, you can purchase up to 10 copies of TIPS FOR THOMAS for $5.50 each and have them all shipped to the same address for three bucks. Such a deal!

Similarly, any combination of up to 10 signed copies of my books can be shipped for a total cost of $3.00. This publication bonus will extend through the end of 2011.

In addition, I've set a flat rate of $3.00 for shipping, regardless of the number of books in the order. You may order your copies on this website now -- and I will sign and send the books to you when I receive my author copies from the publisher. Final proofs completed

On March 13th, I reviewed the final proofs for CLOSURE and returned them to the publisher. That means the book will be ready for printing very soon, maybe even before April 1st. Exciting! This website will be updated with the cover of the book and cost for hardcover and softcover versions when the book goes into production.

When you preorder a signed copy of my new book, Closure, you are prepaying the cost of mailing books to you ($3.00 for each hardcover and $2.50 for each softcover). When the books are available from the publisher, I will notify you of the actual cost of the book and ask you to confirm your order on this website. Then I sign and send the books to you.
